Outstanding Balance
I had an account with Foschini of which was handed over to Easton berry, i have manage to pay it off and when i call for my settlement letter i am being told that there's still a balance that i owe and i dont know about it because on my slip it shows a zero balance and your consultant failed to tell me what is this balance for. Easton Berry please look into this matter and send me my settlement letter i need it urgently!!!!
