Not updating credit bureau

I paid up my Sterns account in February 2015 already and even received the paid up letter. A few days ago I checked my credit report and it reflected as being in arrears. I emailed Dineshree at Easton Berry to sort this out and still haven't received a response. I would appreciate it if the credit bureaus are updated on this so that it does not reflect negatively anymore please.
