Not received Paid up Letter

I am using this platform as my way of getting at least the assistance i need, i have settled my account almost months ago and had sent out a request for my paid up letter for my Capfin Account..Up to Today i have still not received my letter..and when i call Your numbers they do not get through..

When will i get my letter,please assist.

Thank you, you will find and confirm that the account is indeed payed up. its been month now.

And as your company has my email,they should have sent my letter and not me doing the followup, but nevertheless i am waiting.

As soon as you confirm please amail my letter, i wont be able to wait 7days or 14days..i've been waiting for more than two months.
