No regard for customer agreements

I have kept my end of the agreement by paying them via debit order. They instead dont debit on the agreed date, and obviously I’m with the bank charges. I have decided to report them to Pasa, as no response from them regarding this query has been answered. It happens too often.

Good day Jamie O

We refer to your complaint and our system indicates that the initial date for debit order payments was to be the 15th of each month and all payments received thus far since December 2018 indicates payments deducted on the 15th of each month.

Should the date have changed since the initial arrangement, we will have an agent get in contact with you to discuss the same and arrange for a date suitable to you.

Best Regards
The Easton Berry Collections Team

My bank statements say differently, you have cost me 4 months of unnecessary charges. I will take it up legally as I want a refund of my bank charges. I will send you my bank statements if I have to, but I refuse to be charged unnecessary for your breech of agreement
