No possible way to communicate nor contact easton berry attorneys

When you try to call their number *** it keeps saying line busy and never goes through. The only time you can speak to them is if they call you, else, there is no way of communicating with them. I've asked them to send me a payment history but they refuse to do so and expects me to pay them. I need to settle an account and I am skeptical about them sending me a paid up letter. I've informed their agents to inform their IT guys to fix the "Line busy" issue when you call them but till this day it still is the same.
