NO PAID UP LETTER RECEIVED

I paid up my TFG account in August 2020,I am phoning every week for my paid up letter they keep telling me its TFG that they waiting on so they can give me my paid up letter,When i contact TFG they tell me its Easton Berry that is the hold up,I keep getting told i must give them 7 working days,But when i call they tell me again to call back in 7 working days im so tired of this.
