No feedback on my paid up letter of truworths

I am truly disappointed in this company. I have send a review, they rep**** just by saying they will get back to me but until today nothing yet, no feedback at all.

Thank you for your reply. I have paid it in cash at Truworths store in promenade Mitchell's Plain. I can't remember when exactly, it can be two years back but I'm not 💯 percent sure. I called Truworths store and they told me I must contact you for a paid up letter. Hope to hear from you soon. I need this to get my name remove from debt review.
