No feedback for arrangement letter

Still awaiting feedback since Tuesday,I requested an arrangement letter since Tuesday and they sent me a letter not signed, I phoned countless times,emailed also and no one is willing to sign that letter and team leaders tell me different stories everyday. can someone senior contact me urgently and help me I am about to loose my Job because of the arrangement letter. I forwarded the team leader emails from my HR to show how important this is , he didn't even bother to respond to one email.<br> <br> Team leaders in that area are so scared to take responsibility, no one is willing to give they word to say they will help. the letter is drafted only a signature is needed but is taking 4 days and it might cost me my Job. Some people to have hearts never mind Customer service
