No communication possible: Easton-berry collectors a ****??

I had to contact Easton Berry Collections (imitating Easton Berry Attorneys) on behalf of an employee to assess a claim that she needed to pay an amount within ten days. This is after she never received anything in writing and insisted a written document from them. They did send a message - but when I requested a statement (not just the amount) from them - using the e-mail address they sent their message from (***) it was returned as undeliverable. No communication is possible to query the claim. The only actual information on the e-mail is "Easton-Berry Attorneys" which proved to be a KZN firm specialising in property issues without knowledge of these debt collectors.
