No answer or any communication

I have just recently found out that my Total Sports account was handed over to the lawyers. I have had no communication from them since this happened, and according to Total Sports my account was handed over to them in the month of December 2014 last year. I have been making payments on that account. When I found Total Sports to find out what the balance due was they said they couldn't help me and that I needed to contact Easton Berry, I have tried getting hold of them for the last three months, I got no answer I would spend half an hour and more holding on for an agent to answer the call. I don't know how to go further with making payments and really think that it's pathetic service as there is never an agent that actually answers your call. Can you please contact me to sort all of this out.
