I am in need of a paid up letter I have been on the line holding for more that two hours now still no answer I sent an email still no response why should it takes days for me to get a paid up letter for an account I have already settled....Even though the line I got hold of yesterday told me she will escalate it why am I still not getting my letter???

09 May 2024, 20:30I am going to write this as to commend Your Contact Centre Manager Sibonelo who was so helpful I would like to also Thank the lovely Lady Nompumelelo Mthethwa My Goodness I was losing it and I feel bad that I might have spoken outline with these two very great people I am sorry but I am grateful It was resolved I got the paid up letter with the help of these two people... I would suggest you divide your department paid up letters shouldn't be mixed with general Queries a 7-10 days turn around time is crazy but anyway Thanx.
