My Paid up letter

Have paid off my Refinery account with Easton-Berry and have requested a paid up letter but been taken up and down and given false promise by the agents, its been a month now waiting for it, called numerous times but still nothing has happened. NB sms sent of behalf of Easton-Berry :"MNR MOKOTHU. Thank you for your payment of R1770.00 dated 2021/09/17 in respect of your REFINERY SOUTH AFRICA account. EBINC. *** ***"
