my account listed even though payed in 2014

I had a Markham account that went into arrears . took myself into debt review. Finished paying the account in full in 2014. to my horror recently saw that my account was still listed in Credit Bureau as still owing yet it was paid in full in 2014. I contacted Markham who referred me to Easton Berry. when i called them you wait forever. I want them to rectify the info they put in Credit bureau.
