Most unprofessional institute

Its such a hassle getting hold of the call center than its required to request paid up letter via email and now im waiting forever for a letter to be issued to me. Everyone having trouble with the samething company harass you for payment but take their own time to provide paid up letters. Can i please get my paid up letter in order to clear my name.

So since i have had no response from these debt collectors. I tried calling all numbers are not working. I really could not understand how this company is running when there is no procedure in place besides harassing people

In light of the discount an inquiry has been sent to the credit provider to confirm the discount portion has been written off.
