More than three months for a paid up letter!

I have waited over 3 months now just to get my paid up letter, how many 7- 14 days have passed since 26 November 2022. Only now when I call I'm told to write a letter and send it via email, after all the calls I have made and been told to wait for 7-14 days. Iam very disappointed with the service I'm receiving.
