Missing R500 debit Order not reflecting on customer Statement

Easton Berry has 2 debit orders of R500 being taken off my account since 2019 and on their side only reflects one amount of R500. I have sent them my bank statement proving this and still no joy!!!!!!!!!! This account is long time paid up
