Hello Peter Am very disappointed with Easton bury collection I had a loan with Capfin which was later sold to Easton very.I started paying them last year may and I finished payment this year may 13.since then I have been calling them several times for my paid up letter but I haven’t received it.every time when I call them they keep on telling me that they logged my requst and it is now stucked in their finance department.am very disappointed n angry at the same time bcoz I payed the money n finished but why must i sweat now to get my paid up letter
