ITC Records not updated
I settled my Capfin account on the 3rd of April and I have since been emailing about having my ITC records updated, they are just not responding.

In terms of your credit bureau update, we advise a request has been directed to the credit provider to update the same.Kindly be advised credit bureau updates take 21 to 30 working days to be completed. You are requested to allow the time frame to lapse before checking your credit profile.Should the time frame lapse and your account not be updated you may provide a copy of the credit report for assistance.
