INTEREST AND COLLECTION COMMISSSION
I have started paying my debt on this account since 07 April 2021.The balance was R2459.80.When I called in today the balance is still on R2501.00 So meaning In actual fact, I am not paying anything for my actual debt...…. When I query with the call center, they tell me to send an email because they cannot answer my questions. When i request for a settlement amount they always tell me that I don't qualify for the settlement amount. Am not happy with their service.
