I called in the 26 March 2020 and I requested a settlement amount and the lady that assisted me told me that the amount is R6390.04 due to a discount I was getting because I had decided to settle. I even sent an email with the proof of payment and requesting for a settlement letter and no on responded until today 08.04.2020 with a statement showing that I am still owing. I am not going to pay anything since calls are recorded let that record be listened to I want this account fixed and closed

We have concluded our investigations regarding your account and can confirm that you did phone in on 26.03.2020 requesting a discounted settlement which was offered to you based on the current balance on the system at the time to pay R6390.04.
On the same day 26.03.2020 you declared in your call that had already made a payment of R5000.00 out of your own on that day before you phoned in for a settlement, which in response the agent advised you to await the payment to reflect first and call back to determine a new settlement based on the remaining balance.
You went ahead and paid the R1390.04 on 26.03.2020 as well and no new settlement was confirmed or concluded by the agent on the system hence the account still reflects open.
Our offices will proceed to write off the remaining balance and close the account and a paid up letter will be issued to you shortly.
