I need assistance!!!

I got a call from one of their agents letting ne know that my rain account is in arrears and that rain has handed me over to them. I would like to make payment asap but I need their contact details as I do not have them. Could anyone provide me with a number or email address where I can communicate with them with regards to my payment.

I have made payment and I haven't received any communication from guy with regard to receipt of payment and so forth. Could you please confirm receipt of payment and please provide me with letter of payment asap. Your assistance would be highly appreciated.
