I have been waiting for my paid up letter for over a year now!

Can you please atleast advise if my request is being processed? Seriously its been over a year now and still waiting for my Mr Price paid up letter, wasn't this suppose to be sent to me as soon as my account is paid up like just any other companies do without even asking for one?
