Hurt/Angry/Disgusted - being harassed after I already paid all accounts while on debt review!
I am severely disgusted with Easton Berry Collections. I am being harassed daily after I have already emailed and communicated with them constantly. I was placed under debt review 3 years ago. I was informed by Easton Berry that one of my Hi fi Corporation accounts is in arrears. I advised them numerous times that I am under debt review and that the account would be settled through debt review. I have since paid all my accounts via debt review including the Hifi corp account. They have threatened to obtain judgment against me while Im under debt review. I sent a detailed email including my proof of payments and still I get harassed daily because they want me to pay their legal fees. I WAS UNDER DEBT REVIEW AND THEY MAY NOT LEGALLY CHARGE FURTHER FEES ON THESE ACCOUNTS, I am struggling to get them to stop!

Everytime I contact your office, I am told that I have to pay your legal fees as well.
I am waiting on a paid up letter by Hifi corporation, in the mean time you have my pop to go on too. In any event, you are supposed to make contact with my debt review ditectly, instead of harassing me. This was the whole point of being under debt review.
