HOW LONG?
THIS IS THE SECOND WEEK WE HAVE BEEN PHONING FOR AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE. THIS IS OUR LAST DEBT AND WE WOULD LIKE TO GET OUT OF DEBT COUNSELLING. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE CANNOT GET AN AMOUNT? IS IT SO DIFFICULT. THE LAST WOOLWORTHS STATEMENT WE HAVE IS MAY 2015. I CANNOT EVEN USE THAT. SEND ME THE BALANCE, AND I WILL MAKE A PAYMENT.
