Harassment over an account that has been paid-up(evidence has been provided yet still receive multiple calls)

A sorry excuse of a business. Your establishment has been trying to contact my wife, on my cell phone number, who has an account that has been paid up, as my wife has been with Debt Rescue since COVID-19.

This account (Mr. Price) that is in question, has been paid up since 12/12/2022, for which I have the paid-up letter.

Each time an agent from Easton-Berry Collections calls me asking for my wife, I explain to them : 1 - you've reached her husband, on my cell phone number 2 - the reason you've reached me on my cell phone number, is that I am responsible for the account through Debt Rescue 3 - I explain I know the reason for their call, which account it's for, and the amount 4 - my wife has given the permissions for me to deal with the calls as she works in an environment where she cannot take random calls 5 - I explain to them I've sent the paid-up letter to the email account which I received from a the only consultant in that place that actually took her time to listen, Nondomiso, aside from her, all the other agents should be replaced by AI or robots as they don't know how to listen and empathize with the caller, and just assist to the best of their ability.

Now, all calls are recorded, and I insist on asking this when someone calls me, so that management can go back and listen to them to deal with the agents, but I'm sure they won't.

I need someone to contact me directly from Easton-Berry Collections to get this resolved, if not, contact Debt Rescue to get your confirmation that the connection account is paid up. Stop harassing us.
