Harassment getting out of hand

Phones me everyday for accounts that are behind and I know they are not. I have proof that my account has been paid for every month!!!!!!! Staff are rude and argue with me that I did not pay my account when I have proof that my debit order were successful but EASTON BERRY DID NOT CAPTURE the payment ON THEIR SIDE. I really hope I am not getting charged for these phone calls and sms's. I also get emails to say I am thousand behind in my payments but I have not missed any payments on my account they are accusing me of being behind on. This is harassment and slander!!!!
