Harassment for a paid up account

We are fed up with constant harassment and summons letters for an Edgars account that is paid up, actually we are in credit with Edgars. We have requested paid up letters from you for months. Never get through on your phone lines, or respond to emails. But you quick to send emails requesting payment. We have sent you all the details of when the account was paid up and into what account it was paid. You have been looking into this for months but we still get summons letters. And on a side note according to Edgars our account was never handed over to you!
