Harassment

This company is a debt collection company and have been calling me daily for the past two weeks (each time from a different number as I block the number each time). I am not the person they are requesting to speak to and when I tell them this and request my number is removed from their system, they say: ok, hold the line line while your number is removed. Guess what? The next day they ring again! I cannot leave calls from unknown numbers unanswered as I run a business and have to be available to answer calls. This is harassment. As the firm is run by attorneys, can I complain to the Legal Practice Council?
