Harassing calls
I have been and continue to receive harassing and threatening calls from this company claiming a debt in respect of RAIN Fibre. I have never opened an account with the company and have on numerous times asked for an email to be sent to me with the details of the claim. This was never sent and the threatening calls continue.

I've been requesting this for the last year, your agents are impossible to return calls to and always promise to send the paper trail which they never do. They have no information when they call, they just ask for money. What a joke.
