Garnishee to be cancel and refund me.

Good day Hello Peter I struggling to get hold of this company. I was garnishee 2013 by them on behalf of Woolworths till to date they still deduct money R 200 on my payslip. The amount was R4725.86 REF was ***1/Jerusha Chetty . I want my refund and they must cancel this garnishee and send me paid up letter.
