A person must first complain on this platform in order to be promptly assisted by this company.
Endless phone calls when collecting their money but when its time to issue paid up letters its always stories. It just doesn't make sense to wait 7 to 14 days or even months for a paid up letter.
Its just not fair that these creditors force us to deal with such companies🤦♂️
