False hand over and unreachable

I have apparently been handed over to this co. By Rain. I have not been a Rain client for over year. I cancelled, paid up to date and my router collected with the Rain agent confirming nothing owing but now I'm being threatened by Easton-berry, when you call, no answer.

If my credit is poorly affected by Rain or Easton-Berry there will be hell to be paid.
