****ed at the audacity of EB Collections

They have been contacting me relentlessly after the 1st time I made an arrangement to pay the account over 3 months. I then spoke to Asiz on the 3rd of August and he had to have the statement fees reversed after they have claimed to have sent me statements which I have to pay for that I never got. I want to settle this account, but Asiz never came back to me and after multiple calls to them, wanting to speak to Asiz, he is always in a meeting. I have decided to phone at 08h00 this morning as this is when they open, guess what.....Asiz in a meeting. Spoke to Shasha and she told me that I am being billed for every call I MAKE TO THEM. Can you believe the nerve of these people. Now we wait...........

Please note all charges are app**** as per the Debt Collectors Act 114 of 1998.

This matter has been investigated since the 3rd of August with no communication. Instead you keep on phoning me so that you can keep on charging me for telephone calls and then someone phoned me now again and when I answered no one was talking for probably more than 3 minutes. When the lady eventually spoke she told me she's phoning from Easton Berry and then just dropped the call.... I guess I will have to pay for that aswel.

You are one big joke so don't you come and tell me about an act. You are just using this so called act to your convenience.
