EBC ARE ****MERS
These people don’t even deserve a one star!!
I was in arrears with one of my accounts that were handed over to them I then settled the outstanding amount as per their settlement quotation. I then called in to request my paid up letter because after countless emails I sent I received no response so I called and was told that I’m still outstanding. HOW?! I don’t get it because EBC Provided me with a settlement quote.
To date I have no received my Paid Up letter
