Easton Berry called to say that Sanlam handed me over to them stating that I need to settle a balance on a personal loan - I called them and agreed a discounted price to settle loan in full - I done this on 27 July 2021 - I settled the ***ll amount with them - to date I havent received my paid up letter from them - question is why the **** havent I received it ? Are Easton Berry ******* - are Sanlam ******* ? Why the hell havent I received my paid up letter - is it because you *******s are looking to get more money from me even though I paid the amount agreed upon - How does it work, please ***en enlighten me
