Easton Berry - Useless

After you responded on my post on Hello Peter, still after a couple of e-mails, phone calls etc still no feedback from Easton Berry, still not sorted, 7 days after the problem occur.

I have been trying to sort out my account since last week Tuesday 30/04/2019.

I spoke to a lady to get my settlement amount and she stated that I qualify for a 20% discount, please check your records as calls are recorded.

The amount outstanding was R 3069.80 – 20% = R 2595.05 (the amount she gave me over the phone). Received an sms on Wednesday to say my account was short paid. Phoned on Thursday 2-3 times and everytime they say my account has not been sorted they will phone back by the end of the day, no one phoned.

Phoned again on Friday, no one could help cause the managers was in a meeting, no one phoned back. Phoned again today, no one can help me gave me a number to phone, the number does not exist. Sent an e-mail to your collections department, no response, and I will most probably get no response from this!

Please attend to this ASAP, as I need that settlement letter ASAP!!!!!!!!!"
