Easton Berry - Rain

This is the worst company. According to them I owe Rain an amount of R333.00. This is not the case, as I received confirmation from Rain that my account does not have an outstanding balance. I have sent 27 emails with proof of payment and the confirmation from Rain that I dont owe them anything. I have had no feedback. The call centre agents are unhelpful and not willing to even attempt to resolve this matter.
