easton berry, pathetic service
I spoke to Chantell and Joann Naidoo from Easton berry collections on 23/06/2020, regarding my ITC to be updated and RCS account be removed but till date i have gotten no feedback and my ITC is still not updated. If this is not resolved i will take this up legally.

We refer to your complaint and confirm the above is correct and that you have liaised with our offices regarding your account.
We also confirm that we did advise you that RCS did send the instruction to the relevant credit bureau's to have the information updated as settled.
RCS has again informed us on 18.07.2020 and provided us with proof that their offices directed an escalation to all the credit bureau's namely, Transunion, XDS, Experian and Compuscan informing the relevant bureau's that you have settled your account on 27.05.2020 and to arrange for the update to reflect as settled and closed.
Should the bureau's still not have updated the information accordingly, than this is out of our hands as well as that of the creditor.
As advised in our email correspondence to you today, please supply proof of the credit report that you have recently viewed in order for us to determine what further can be done to assist you.
