A few months ago I complained on hello Peter regarding an account they said was paid up after I asked the guy are you sure he said yes and would mail me the paid up letter.... Yet to date nothing has happened and said account says this isn't true. They commented saying they would contact me however they never did. I think this company is pathetic! You **** to me and **** again when you said you would be in contact with me.
