GOOD DAY ALL. Easton Berry Incorporated does not deserve a star at all. The service is none and their telesales are *********** even on the phone. They bill you for phone calls that does not even belong to you. Then when you make a payment they request you to send them proof of payment but you have been paying in the same account all the time. The telesales are quick to threaten you with legal actions. I think this company need to be reviewed because the quick to bully you over then phone and make threats. But they can't even do their work right and put the blame and say you don't pay your accounts. Then when they phone you they charge you R116 per phone call all is a money making thing with them. You make arrangements to pay your account but they don't tell you about extra charges they add every time you not awair off. Don't know how companies like this should even be allowed to operate. Is it even legal the way they keep them selfs unprofessional and still make money out off you with their attitude.
