Easton-Berry Collections worst company ever

I received a call for collection for a Rain subscription, the guy who assisted me did not explain all the other charges and interests but only the principal amount due. After the agreed payments, I did not receive any settlement letter, I tried to call them on several occasions and never got threw and all off a sudden i get sms from rain stating i have an outstanding amount on my account. An account i haven't used in years!!! So basically instead of my account that should be cancelled and closed I keep getting sms and and threats of another handed over for collection. Honestly stick to your agreements and follow through. Put in the same energy you have making ******* calls at 7am in the mornong and call to do follow up calls.
