Easton-Berry Collections unproffesional

This company has thee most Rudess , unprofessional, ********* call center agents. They have no listening skills and tend to always scream over a person. I am on debt review, edcon was notified as this is on year 2, a 17.3 was sent in March and payment resumed end of June so the agreement was met YET eastberry calls more than 5 times a day to HARASS ME. I dont understand why any company would use these people, it is actually disgraceful to think they are attorneys who allow such unprofessional call center adgents
