Easton-berry collections is a horrible company to deal with

This company is horrible to deal with, i paid off my accounts and they are nowhere to be found, i need my paid up letters and it's soo difficult to get to them, what a poor service from this company, if we still have company's like this in South Africa we are really not safe am soooo deeply hurt and disappointed
