EASTON - BERRY COLLECTIONS BAD CUSTOMER ASSITANCE!!!!
i have discovered today that was paying off an amount of R448.10 since april 2023 - april 2025 and not one of their consultants had the decency to email or phone to say that the account has been paid up months ago! so that leaves me with an over paid amount of R526.90. i phoned this people and they said the cant help cause my account is closed so what happens to my money that was overpaid and my paid up letter. your are absolutely worthless!!! no customer help or assitance.
