Easton Berry Collection unprofessional

Rain has incorrectly defaulted my account and handed over to Easton Berry Attorneys. Rain did send me an email to confirm that account is up to date and no arrear amount. Did send email to Easton Berry to clear my name on their side. Easton Berry keeps on calling me regarding the account. They are very unprofessional. Did try to contact Rain to send cancellation letter but they don't understand. Why does Easton Berry not phone rain to clear out the matter then. This is really unprofessional as Easton Berry does have confirmation of account paid in full.
