Very unhelpful company, try to phone them a couple of times couldn't get through. When they called me I Spoke to a very rude consultant, at the end he didn't even have me a chance to speak, just rumbling off the normal speech. With me in the tourism industry the are not prepared to give a payment holiday just lower your installment but them add more interest and admin fees just like would with a non payment.
