Easton Barry Collection Attorneys THE ****MERS

I want to complain about Easton Berry Collections Attorneys (****mers they are) and Mr Price Sport

So I had an account with them many years ago. I paid my account off in 2013. Most of my payment was cash and card swipes in store.

So in the rest of 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 not one word of either of those 2..

In 2016 I went under debt review. I handed all the creditors I still owe over to them. The company also drew reports to see all my creditors... Easton Berry Collections Attorneys /Mr Price Sport's name never came up.

So the rest of 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and upto the middle of 2024... Suddenly Easton Berry Attorneys/Mr Price Sport start to call demanding money.

I told them trying to **** me because I know it is paid up 11 years ago...

Then they want me to prudence slips of 11 years ago... Please someone show me a modern heat printed slip that last 100% for 1 year

So I went to see my lawyer...

He said don't atmit to any thing seeing that you paid it already in 2013. As soon As you do accept responsibility,, even if it is a mastake on their side (miss allocations, or even employee theft or *****). You be come accountable!!!! Even after the the 36 month period...

So the 36 months thing comes in when either party had no arrangements or communicatin consecutively for 36 month. So if you look at the dates I mentioned I am 3 times over the minimum requirement to write the debit off,, IF I WAS OWING, Which I Am Not.!!!!

Then you ask why Mr Price Sport. How can they suddenly find an outstanding amount after 11 years. That brings me back to The 36 Mont thing and also how did their employees allocate the payments. What happened there, or was some of the cash payment reversed or voided for own gain?

My lawyer mentioned some of the ****mers tactics. The most common tactic is to get the consumer to acknowledge the debt through incessant communication.

In other words, creditors call, message, and mail consumers unrelentingly, forcing the consumer to engage with them

So I am not lawyer, if my terms is wrong way round.
