Eastern Berry, where disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour seems to be encouraged

This company is the most unprofessional i have had the displeasure to come into contact with, after explaining numerous times that i am unable to speak during work times they constantly still harass me during those times causing me to get into trouble at work as we are not allowed on our phones for personal reasons during the day,

Today Precious called me, she was rude and unreasonable, i tried to give her a time when i can speak and she constantly babbled on about what time she can call constantly talking over me, telling me they close at 16:20 and that i must make time, but refusing to Listening to me,

I do not know how unprofessional a company must be for their staff be allowed to speak to people that way, i question the management as well as ownership

And until i have proof of disciplinary action taken against Precious and an apology i refuse to deal further with them,

It is unacceptable that a company thinks it has the right to treat people with such disrespectful behaviour
