Eastern Berry should close their doors

I've been trying to settle my account for 2 months now, i cannot get ahold of anyone this is delaying my process in getting my clearance certificate, they have a answering service that says they respond to mails but I've been sending them mails and i only get the automated response, i don't understand how or why it is so hard to settle my accounts it seems they do this to run up your bill by adding more interest
