Easten Berry Collectons -Foschini Account

My account was handed over to Easten Berry Collections for my Foschini account. I have tried numerous times to get hold of them on every possible number and via email as well.Til date I cannot get hold of anyone.I have called Foschini who have no idea why they are not answering but stated they will check or log a query with them.However still no feedback.I have called all the numbers for Foschini , and no one is able to assist me.I want to settle my account but as the days are going with no one getting back to me,the interest is building up which eventually I will be liable for.This is completely unfair.Also from previous reviews I just hope I even get my paid up letter once I free this account.Foschini group should take their accounts from Easten Berry Collections as consumers want to pay up their accounts and are unable to do so.
